Tien Phong marathon is the traditional and oldest tournament in Vietnam. In 2018, when the tournament was officially opened for the movement athletes, this playground was known as a most attractive tournament in Vietnam.
In the 2020 season, the first tournament was held not on the mainland. The venue for the tournament in Ly Son Island, Quang Ngai has brought a special color to all athletes attending. Following those successes, after the 2021 season (reorganized by Pleiku, Kon Tum), this year the organizers decided to bring the tournament to the island again in March. The venue was determined in Con Dao (Ba Ria-Vung Tau).
