Nguyen Thi Oanh is the No. 1 athlete in Vietnam in long content. She won 3 gold medals at the 31st SEA Games, 4 gold medals at the 32nd SEA Games and once won the Asian gold medal at the indoor sports festival.
She played in the content of 1,500m, 5,000m, 10,000m and 3,000m to exceed obstacles. However, in the World Championship, Nguyen Thi Oanh only played in the content of 1,500m.
The content of 1,500m that Nguyen Thi Oanh participated in the competition of 56 athletes and was divided into rounds of qualifying, semi -finals and finals. The best achievement that Nguyen Thi Oanh achieved in the content of 1,500m is 4 minutes 13 seconds 88, far less than other athletes.
Nguyen Thi Oanh will start competing with the world's leading running pins in the 1,500m qualifying round at 18:15 on August 19 (Vietnam time), which is also the opening day of the World Championship 2023.
