She made a mark at the Asian Championship 2024 with a bronze medal on a 400 -meter running track. Her achievements and her teammates were 3 minutes 18 seconds 45, breaking the national record (3 minutes 19 seconds 50).
On the momentum to regain his form, Quach Thi Lan participated in the National Championship 2024. In the 400 meter content, she won the bronze medal and today (12/11) on the 400 -meter runway, she returned first with a time of 56.71 seconds.
This 29 -year -old athlete won the gold medal. The gold medal is Nguyen Thi Ngoc (Ha Tinh – 58.95 seconds), the bronze medal is Ha Ngoc Tram (Hau Giang – 1 minute 1.78 seconds).
After 4 years to stand on the highest podium in the forte, Quach Thi Lan felt very touched. She shared: “In 2020, I won 2 gold medals about 400m and 400m fence. That is the memory I remember forever. Until now, the feeling of standing on the podium to receive gold medals back to me. I am really touched by my achievements.”
